Permissions and Access: Clients are responsible for ensuring necessary permissions and access to the property for surveys, measurements, and installations.
Timely Decisions: Clients should make timely decisions regarding design approvals, material selections, and other required inputs to avoid delays.
Quotation and Payment: Upon agreement of the project scope, a detailed quotation will be provided. Payment terms and schedules will be outlined in this quotation.
Scope of Work: A comprehensive scope of work will be defined, detailing deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities of both parties.
Changes and Amendments: Any modifications to the scope of work must be mutually agreed upon in writing and may result in adjustments to the project timeline and costs.
Ownership: All designs, drawings, documents, and intellectual property created during the course of our services remain the property of Green's Interior until full payment has been received.
Usage: Clients may use the designs solely for the intended purpose outlined in the agreement and may not reproduce or distribute them without our consent.
Accuracy: While we strive for precision, Green's Interior is not liable for any inaccuracies in measurements, designs, or recommendations based on information provided by the client or third parties.
Indemnity: Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Green's Interior from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the use of our services, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Material Selection: Green’s Interior sources materials from trusted vendors. Any delays from third-party suppliers are beyond our control.
Client-Supplied Materials: If the client provides materials, Green’s Interior is not responsible for their quality or performance.
Mutual Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches its obligations and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable timeframe.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services provided up to the termination date and any costs incurred due to the termination.
Non-Disclosure: Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the project.
Green's Interior reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
