This Master Agreement outlines the terms between Greens' Interior and Clients for the provision of professional interior design services. The Designer commits to delivering comprehensive interior solutions, including all required interior decoration materials and electronic goods, to ensure a seamless and satisfactory design process tailored to the Client's needs. Under this agreement, Greens' Interior will supply all essential materials, such as furniture, fixtures, accessories, and all kind of decorative items, to complete the interior design project. Additionally, the Designer will provide all electronic goods like refrigerator, acc, washing machine, kitchen chimney, geyser, etc required for the space, including but not limited to appliances, lighting, entertainment systems, and other specified electronics. These items will be carefully selected to align with the project’s aesthetic, functional, and budgetary requirements, ensuring a cohesive and well-executed outcome. All goods and services will be delivered according to a mutually agreed timeline and specifications, as detailed in the project plan. The Designer will ensure timely communication with the Client regarding project updates, material procurement, and installation schedules. Payment terms will be structured in installments, beginning with an initial deposit, followed by milestone payments aligned with project progress, and a final settlement upon completion. These terms aim to facilitate a transparent and efficient process for both parties. The Designer guarantees the quality of all materials and services provided under this agreement. Interior decoration materials will meet the agreed-upon standards and specifications, while electronic goods will be covered under their respective manufacturer warranties. Greens' Interior will assist the Client in addressing any warranty-related issues that may arise during the warranty period. While the Designer is committed to delivering the project on time and within budget, the agreement acknowledges that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. Such circumstances may include supplier issues, shipping disruptions, or external factors beyond the Designer's control. In such cases, Greens' Interior will promptly notify the Client and work collaboratively to minimize the impact on the project timeline. However, the Designer will not be held liable for delays caused by these uncontrollable factors. This agreement will remain in effect from the date of signing until the successful completion of the interior design project. Completion is defined as the fulfillment of all agreed-upon services and the delivery of materials to the satisfaction of the Client. Both parties are expected to cooperate fully throughout the project, ensuring effective communication and adherence to the terms set forth in this agreement. By signing this Master Agreement, Greens' Interior and the Client confirm their understanding and acceptance of the outlined terms.
